  I feel like the concern I raised about my child was listened to, but the provider didn't seem concerned despite family history and my medical background. Truly believe my child was just giving a made up diagnosis to just "cover the concern." Other than that the appointment was fine and my child was assessed thoroughly.

  There was an incident that could have been avoided. The doctor tried to clean my child's ear, but NEVER actually asked my permission to do so, I didn't speak up because a choice wasn't given, this resulted in my son getting a scratch In his ear that caused bleeding. Further, the way the provider wrote her notes sounded misleading, so I had to message the clinic to have this changed. I understand EVERYONE makes mistakes, but because of this-- if I were to recommend the clinic I would have to bring up this incident.

  Very attentive to my children and so kind. Went out of her way giving "gifts and goodies" to us like formula, a baby hat, a baby thermometer, snacks for my other kids, and books
