  This was a very confusing appointment. Raza needs to be more explanatory in what he wants children to do instead of barking orders. He's always been kind, but his demeanor can lead to a lot of confusion for parents and kids.

  Raza was kind, showed concern for the injury that Jace had sustained, and gave us clear instructions of what to do while waiting for additional follow up. Raza was able to get us in with the hand surgeon within days. He was wonderful!

  We were frustrated at the lack of communication at the appointment before this one. We were told that she needed to wear a brace for 12 weeks, which is what we did. But at this follow-up, we found out that we should have kept her in it until being released by the doctor. That was not communicated to us in any way, and would have resulted in us keeping her in it for several weeks longer than needed, because our appointment kept getting rescheduled.
