Hi, I've been to OU Health in 2015 when I broke L2, L3, L4. They put in two titanium rods and six screws. And this was in 2015, and I had a absolutely terrible experience. I don't know if the staffing was revamped or whatever, or there wasn't enough staffing there, or not enough nurses there. But when I would hit the call button, I couldn't. I mean, I could get someone, but sometimes I wouldn't even be met on my, when it was time for some kind of pain management, I just had to keep waiting. And it was not a good experience.
