About Abigail Trejo
Abigail Trejo, PA-C, is a neurology physician associate at OU Health who provides patient-centered care across a broad range of clinical settings. She has experience caring for diverse patient populations and supports comprehensive, team-based care delivery. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
She earned her Master of Health Science through a physician associate program within a college of medicine. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and completed undergraduate studies with a minor in Spanish. As part of her graduate education, she completed supervised clinical rotations across multiple medical and surgical disciplines. She is trained in advanced life support, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support.
In addition to her clinical training, Abigail has experience working as a medical assistant in family medicine and as a certified nursing aide in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. She has participated in clinic outreach volunteer activities and maintains professional involvement as a student member of national and state physician associate organizations. She graduated summa cum laude from her undergraduate institution. Trejo serves in her role as a physician associate and brings a collaborative, service-oriented approach to patient care.
