This class is IN-PERSON at OU Children’s Hospital! Registration includes you and one support person (no need to register them separately)! You will receive instructions 24 hours before class!
This five-week Childbirth Series takes place every other Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm.
Topics include:
- Having a healthy pregnancy
- Common pregnancy discomforts
- Process of labor and delivery
- Positioning in labor
- Comfort measures
- Cesarean Sections
- Medical interventions
- Postpartum care
- Infant feeding
- Baby Care
