Join Oklahoma Dementia Care Network and Dale Bratzler, DO, MPH, Interim Dean, Hudson College of Public Health and OU Chief COVID Officer, for A COVID-19 update. You do not have to work in a long-term care facility to take part in this training session. This session is open to anyone who would like additional information on the new variants of COVID-19 currently circulating in Oklahoma.

What is Project ECHO?

A collaborative model of medical education for health professionals that empowers nursing home team members, especially in rural communities, to provide specialty geriatric care to more people.

The format of an ECHO is a case presentation presented by a community provider followed by a 15-minute didactic presented by an ECHO Hub Team. There is no cost to join an ECHO session. FREE CMEs are provided to healthcare professionals.

How are Patient Care Needs Addressed?

Training nursing homes through HIPPA-compliant, technology-enabled collaborative learning.

  • Addressing geriatric health concerns
  • Conducting regular sessions to discuss specialized topics relevant to nursing homes
  • Using case-based learning to determine best treatment options
