WHO’S ELIGIBLE?
This is for women who are 40 and older and have not had a mammogram in the past year. Women must live in Texas County. Priority for appointments will be given to those with no health insurance. Medicaid / Medicare / Other Health Insurance can be accepted. Mammograms provided at no cost if you do not have health insurance. It is necessary to have an appointment.

Translation services can be provided. Let us know when you call to make your appointment!

¿QUIEN CALIFICA?

• Todas las mujeres mayores de 40 años que no se hayan hecho una mamografía en el último año.
• Residentes de la ciudad de Guymon y zonas aledañas.
• Medicaid, Medicare, y cualquier otro tipo de seguro médico será aceptado. Si no tiene seguro médico, la mamografía será gratis. ¡Le damos prioridad a las personas que no tienen seguro médico, haga su cita hoy!
