The Five-week Childbirth Series takes place one night a week, 6:30 to 9 p.m., for five weeks. Classes for this series are on Tuesday nights and start on a rotating basis.

Topics include:

Common pregnancy discomforts
Process of labor and delivery
Positioning in labor
Comfort measures
Massage for pregnancy, labor and relaxation
Breathing exercises
Cesarean Sections
Medical interventions
Postpartum care
Breastfeeding
Baby care
