In-Person Class!
The Five-week Childbirth Series takes place one night a week, 6:30 to 9 p.m., for five weeks. Classes for this series are on Monday nights and start on a rotating basis.
Topics include:
- Common pregnancy discomforts
- Process of labor and delivery
- Positioning in labor
- Comfort measures
- Massage for pregnancy, labor and relaxation
- Breathing exercises
- Cesarean Sections
- Medical interventions
- Postpartum care
- Infant Feeding
- Baby care
