In-Person and meets every other wednesday!

The Five-week Childbirth Series takes place one night a week, 6:30 to 9 p.m., for five weeks. Classes for this series are on Monday nights and start on a rotating basis.

Topics include:

  • Process of labor and delivery
  • Positioning in labor
  • Comfort measures
  • Massage for pregnancy, labor and relaxation
  • Breathing exercises
  • Cesarean Sections
  • Medical interventions
  • Postpartum care
