This class is a condensed version of the 5-Week Prepared Childbirth Series. Prepared Childbirth Express is perfect for those families who live out of town, have schedules that do not permit a series of classes or who need a refresher course. These classes are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is no charge for this class. Support person is automatically included when mom-to-be enrolls. There is no need to enroll separately. Please bring two pillows and your labor support person. Please park in P1 or P2 at the Children’s Hospital. After entering, find the 'L" elevators and take those to the 4th floor to 4K, the Family Education and Lactation Center.
