This class is IN-PERSON at OU Children’s Hospital! Meetings will occur once a week for 5 weeks starting on the day you choose. Classes are held 6:30pm to 8:30 pm. Registration includes you and one support person (no need to register them separately)! You will receive instructions a couple days before class! Please do not enroll unless you plan on attending as class size is limited!

• Basic prenatal information
• Warning signs
• Process of labor and delivery
• Comfort measures
• Cesarean Sections
• Medical interventions
• Postpartum care
• Breastfeeding
• Infant information
