Four-Week Childbirth Series (In-Person)

This class is IN-PERSON at OU Children’s Hospital! Meetings will occur once a week for 4 weeks. Classes are held 6:30pm to 8:30 pm. Registration includes you and one support person (no need to register them separately)! You will receive instructions 24 hours before class! Please do not enroll unless you plan on attending as class size is limited!
Topics include:
- Process of labor and delivery
- Comfort measures
- Cesarean Sections
- Medical interventions
- Postpartum care
- Infant information

You may contact the coordinator if you have any questions! Please no children in attendance without prior approval from the coordinator.
