The format of an ECHO is a virtual case presentation presented by a community provider followed by a 15-minute didactic presented by an ECHO Hub Team. There is no cost to join an ECHO session. FREE CEUs for Nursing Home Administrators. Signing up for any class will sign you up for the entire series.
Each of our Age-Friendly Caregiver ECHO sessions will consist of a 40 minute informational presentation delivered by a content experts who works regularly with family and professional caregivers. The final 20 minutes of this fully virtual session will be dedicated to case studies and interaction between caregivers and the ECHO Hub Team.
Each of our Caregiver ECHO sessions will focus on the 4Ms of Age-Friendly Care: What Matters Most, Medications, Mentation and Mobility.
