The initial provider couldn't get the camera working so I could not see them. Obviously she could see me so she was happy; she didn't stop to think about how w I may feel. Once the attending came I felt rushed off and almost a "lost cause", as she told me well there's nothing else can we do can do. She quickly brushed me off to a follow up in 1 year. Following this appointment I'm still going to try and follow up with MY doctor before we make this decision!

Dr. Bates is extremely compassionate and kind. She is knowledgeable and discusses all available options. She listens and validates feelings. It's easy to tell she loves what she does and cared about her patients.
