Vishnu Nagalapuram, MD, is a board certified hematologist oncologist at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City. He takes care of patients with cutaneous malignancies, specializing in melanoma.
Dr. Nagalapuram earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research in Coimbatore, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and served as chief resident at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Montgomery, Ala. He then completed his fellowship in Hematology/Oncology and served as chief fellow at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
He actively includes patients in the decision-making process, ensuring that treatment plans align with patient goals and values. Dr. Nagalapuram provides compassionate, evidence-based care that supports both physical health and quality of life.
