After various appointments with five (5) other doctors, Dr. Rasha Patel was the only Physician that finally diagnosed and informed me that the painful protrusion from my Left neck was actually a Bone spur.

I did not receive a video visit. It was a phone visit from the providers cell phone. I waited an hour for the provider to connect. I called her office 3 times before I finally got a call from her.
