About Rhea Siatkowski

Rhea Siatkowski, MD, is an ophthalmologist at OU Health Dean McGee Eye Institute, specializing in cornea and external diseases and cataract surgery. She provides advanced care for a wide range of complex anterior segment conditions, with a focus on restoring vision and improving quality of life for her patients.

Dr. Siatkowski earned her Doctor of Medicine from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University in New York. She completed her ophthalmology residency and fellowship in cornea and external diseases at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami, one of the nation’s leading ophthalmology training programs.

Her clinical interests include conjunctivitis, corneal transplantation (including DSAEK and DMEK), keratoprosthesis, anterior segment surgery and the medical and surgical management of ocular infections, injuries and inflammatory diseases. She also specializes in the treatment of severe ocular surface disease, ocular trauma and ocular tumors.

Dr. Siatkowski cares for patients with conditions such as Fuchs’ dystrophy, dry eye disease, autoimmune conditions, Sjögren’s syndrome and ocular surface cancers, and is dedicated to using the latest techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care, contributing to the nationally recognized cornea and external disease program at Dean McGee Eye Institute.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Siatkowski enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to Dr. R. Michael Siatkowski, a pediatric and neuro-ophthalmologist at Dean McGee Eye Institute, and they have three children.
