About Prashanth Iyer

Dr. Iyer is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He then obtained his medical degree and completed an Integrated Vascular Surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He treats all aspects of vascular pathology, from aortic aneurysms and carotid disease to peripheral arterial disease and varicose veins.
