I love Dr. Hall. She's been my doctor for a couple years. Every time I come in, I feel comfortable with her. I feel like she knows my history. And I feel like we're just two homegirls chatting. And I love that about her, and I love her personality. Her kindred spirit is so beautiful. And I am so sad this is my last time her being my doctor. She even took the time out to introduce me to my new doctor. And I really thank her for that, and I thank her for being my doctor. And I hope she gets to hear this.

Yes, I am very pleased with Dr. Hall and I am super sad to see her leave. I hear that she's going to be working at the hospital, but my daughter and I think that she is the best medical doctor that we've ever had. She's courteous, kind, professional, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile. She takes as much time as necessary with each patient and we really appreciate that. It's not common. So, thank you, Dr. Hall.

3 times in the past 6-7 yrs, my primary doctors have left the OU-Tulsa Clinic or their jobs have changed and I have had to change doctors. Because I am in pretty good health and do not have any chronic medical issues, so far the situation is ok. But as I age (presently 77 yrs old), I worry about having to change doctors this often.

After waiting 4wks for a virtual appointment, I was waiting 25 min and my doctor did not come on the video. I msg her I couldn't wait any longer, will have to reschedule. This was to discuss lab results for high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. Now she is leaving the practice. So I have to find another doctor.
