First time with this provider, yet it felt like she'd thoroughly review my history and there was no interruption of care

When it came to my husband's part of the process there was no explanation at all. The staff was more concerned about me doing the right thing than him. We had to ask a friend what he should do because there was no explanation for him at all.

First mention of a new condition, but no explanation of how this could impact overall fertility issues or shown any concern for new, multi day spotting.

They were polite and very knowledgeable but it sometimes felt like they were in a rush to get to another patient.
