I experienced this doctor as cold, detached, overly talkative, more interested in educating me on how much she knew than engaging with me. She talked "at" me. I didn't feel heard, understood, validated. It was a waste of time. I made the appointment because she was female, a Gerentologist, closer to home than my current primary. It was a total waste of time. She never asked me one question but just lectured me on all she knows.

Excellent physician. I wanted a geriatric physician. I was so happy to see OU had a geriatric clinic. I worked for OU Provost in the 80's when they were thinking about a geriatric doctor.

Dr. Kathy Thompson showed an unusual level of care. She spent over an hour with me, examining my entire medical history and current wellness level. I've never been treated with so much awareness and attention to detail. And she's very likeable, too.
