Dr. Balsara has been knowledgeable and extremely forthcoming with information pertaining to our son's particular situation. We are so thankful for his skills as a surgeon and grateful to him (and the rest of his team) for saving our son's life!

Everything was amazing the care and everything was phenomenal. But there was a slight miscommunication on where his follow up appt was and we ended up having him walk all over the 7th floor of the hospital with the trauma center where we was told his appt would be instead of at the childrens hospital in the doctors offices. But the ladies at the 7th floor above the trauma center were very helpful in getting us sorted out. And our nurse Londyn in the trauma center was extremely helpful and caring.
