  All the care providers my granddaughter talked with that day were truly concerned with her and outlined ways in which to help in treating with her issues.

  Provider led right off the bat with pretty scary "if your eating disorder continues here's how it will mess up your organs" and it didn't feel like the right approach as a parent, for my kid. She knows it's serious, she's here to get helpjust a notch or two too scary.

  Jessica was amazing. She connected with my daughter and put her at ease. She drew answers from both of us, made sure we both understood the diagnosis and the care plan, and answered all of our questions. She was flexible and considerate taking into account how far away we live when making the follow up plan, and worked with my daughter on the diet plan. Jessica took excellent care of us.
