About Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones, APRN-CNP, is a Nurse Practitioner with OU Health Physicians in Tulsa. She serves as an Advanced Practice Provider at OU Health Physicians Tulsa Surgical Specialists, where she provides comprehensive care to patients over the age of 16. Jessica is skilled in performing minor procedures, including skin tag removal, biopsies, and joint injections, and is experienced in using EPIC and Cerner charting systems.

Jessica earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Oklahoma, completing a rigorous program that included over 700 clinical hours across various specialties such as pediatric medicine, women’s health, and family medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Northeastern State University, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Tulsa Community College.

In addition to her clinical work, Jessica has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare. She has worked as an RN System Wide Float at Saint Francis Health System, providing direct patient care across multiple facilities and units, including medical-surgical floors, PCU, and ICU. Jessica served as an RN Circulator at Hillcrest Hospital South, where she precepted new employees and circulated surgical suites for various procedures. Her background includes working at the Alexander Burn Center at Hillcrest Medical Center and as a Certified Surgical Technologist at St. John Broken Arrow. Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and participating in community activities. She is committed to continuous learning and professional development, holding certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
