Upon arrival the front desk Patient Service Coordinator (front desk rep) forgot about me even though she knew I had been sitting there 38 minutes the time I checked in. I was initially late by a few minutes due to congestion of cars to park in the garage. But learned later that I was showing up to the doctor as a No Show which is not accurate. Not upset- it just seems like a process change/improvement is needed to help the individual make it a better experience fir the customer. Suggest a call/text or looki

Provider was fine..... I have GREAT concern about the automated reminders ahead of my appointment. I really appreciate a reminder the day before; however having to listen to that LONG RECORDED message 4 or 5 different days was ridiculous. I answered YES, I will be there once. Once is enough! More than that is, yes, STUPID on OU physicians part, and tremendously aggravating on the patient. PLEASE don't do that to me anymore. I want to keep seeing this Doctor, but ...........
