About Haley Waters

Haley Waters is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant currently practicing in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I cried when I left because I've been dealing with this for years and haven't felt listened to until now. Unlike my pcp she listened to what I was saying and was able to actually explain what is happening and come up with a plan together. She was so knowledgeable and spoke to me like I'm an adult but in a way that was easy to understand.

PA Waters had no answers for my many questions. She would repeat how the facility was not able to do the testing that my PCP and care team suggested that they would be able to do. When I asked complex questions about my condition, she seemed overwhelmed and deferred back to blanket statements. I felt more well-researched in my condition than she was. I was very disappointed with the treatment options I was offered, given that this is the only clinic in the state for my condition. I was in a lot of pain during the visit, struggling with staying conscious, and she did not seem concerned. A little empathy about a condition that she sees every day, but yet has taken away my life, would have been nice.

I've already recommended Hailey Waters to one of my friends who has similar symptoms to me. Hailey was really good at explaining, she was very nice, and answered a bunch of questions. I definitely left feeling seen and heard.
