The doctor was not knowledgeable at all and was not helpful for my son's situation. He has had a rash for the past 2 weeks that is not getting better and the doctor said to keep doing what I am doing at home, which is not helping. There should be some other kind of anti itch cream or ointment that could have been prescribed. It is irritating when you go to the doctor and they tell you they don't know what it is and don't do anything to try to help you.

Over reach in making decisions, suggesting referrals and not even taking the time to just wait and see what the lab work says. Even the Med Student spoke up and she thought it was reasonable what I suggested first before submitting unnecessary referrals.

The physician seemed like he had his mind made up and not concerned about the issue before the exam started. Appointment was rushed and seemed to be a nuance
