Very impressed by the physician and the student doctor with her was kind and so patient and sweet with my baby. They even cleaned her little ears out. I felt like she addressed all concerns and put orders in. I was given education and nothing felt condescending or short. Thankful for a team that makes me comfortable coming back to have my baby seen for any questions or concerns.

Dr. Hoover was amazing at listening to all of our concerns and addressing all concerns/issues. This is our first foster experience and our first experience with a child with developmental/intellectual/ psychological issues. Dr. Hoover has a significant knowledge of the services needed and available. Thank you for helping us get him started on the right track.

It was a difficult visit because my 4yr old was scared, but the resident who helped him was great. He took a lot of time to explain (at a kids level) what we were doing and he paused when my kiddo felt upset. It was a really great balance between patience and empathy for a scared kid, while also completing the procedure he needed.
