Rensing did a great job answering all my questions and giving us a thorough understanding of my son's issue and what to do about it. I feel really good about the plan for now and also appreciate that he'll follow up with my son in a year and reevaluate things. Rensing has a great bedside manner. He was patient and didn't come off as rushed or annoyed by my concerns or questions etc. He didn't use complicated terminology that non-medical people wouldn't be able to understand.
