About Abby Russell
Abby Russell, MD, is a maternal-fetal medicine specialist with OU Health in Oklahoma City who cares for women experiencing high-risk pregnancies and complex maternal or fetal conditions. She is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care and partnering with patients and their families throughout pregnancy.
Dr. Russell earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, where she also completed both her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine.
Her clinical interests include fetal growth restriction, maternal obesity, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and prenatal diagnosis.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Russell is dedicated to advancing maternal and fetal health through research, medical education and quality improvement efforts. Recognized for excellence in patient care and teaching, she is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
