Pediatric Celiac Disease Education Event

  • Categories: Children's, Digestive Health, Pediatric Gastroenterology

About This Event

  • Event Type:Community Event
Details:

Are there others like me?” Is a common question your child may be asking themselves while adjusting to their life with celiac disease. This event will provide an opportunity to meet local families to share tips, tricks, hardships, and create companionship between those that are affected by this disease. You’re encouraged to bring a family member with you to the event, and lunch will be provided.

A strong community can fill many of the gaps in care that we are unable to provide outside of our clinics and hospital. By hosting this Celiac Disease Support Group and raising awareness of this disease, with your participation, our clinic is making strides to provide better & more comprehensive care. We recently earned designation by US News and World Report as a Top 50 Hospital for Pediatric Gastroenterology & Surgery, and we plan to continue raising the standards of care and providing the best possible support to our patients.
