A new training for Community Health Workers, Community Health Representatives, Case Managers, Outreach workers and other professionals who work to support older adults who reside at home or in another community based setting. This training will focus on age-friendly education and resource information for professionals as it specifically relates to EMS/emergency and older individuals.

All are welcome to attend, but this training is ideal for: First responders, Police, Fire, EMS, Physicians, Nurses, CNA's, any other health related professionals, and the community at-large. 

This class has been cataloged by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training for 5.5 hours of mandatory continuing education credit.
