About Mark Pogemiller

Dr. Mark Pogemiller is a board-certified general pediatrician currently serving as a pediatrician at the Sooner Pediatrics Clinic at Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health. His clinical focus spans both outpatient and inpatient general pediatrics, with prior experience at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and in active duty service with the United States Air Force.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri. He completed his pediatric residency training at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in partnership with Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Pogemiller previously held the academic title of assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He served as pediatric clerkship director and medical director of the Sooner Pediatrics Clinic. His professional contributions include extensive teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship of medical students and residents. He has also participated in community outreach, including humanitarian relief missions and local health education initiatives.
