Had to call several times to get the prescription to the pharmacy. Called after hours, they got a hold of the provider. She called back and got everything worked out, so she's the best. Thank you, and it was the day before Thanksgiving. She called right back and got the prescriptions sent into the pharmacy, and we got it picked up before they closed. Thank goodness for that.

I felt a very condescending tone and hostile responses from the doctor in this specific visit regarding my son's medical questions and concerns. I would of gladly explained the reasons why I haven't been able to keep up with my children's medical check-ups but she could care less it seemed like. Her smirks when answering my questions made me feel like i was asking a total stranger for help, not a medical professional.
