  From the moment the NP walked into the room the bed side manners were terrible. She came in telling my son to put up his school work and to listen to what she had to say. I as the parent felt as if my voice was never heard with my concerns.

  She was amazing and included us in making a plan for our daughter.

  This provider walked in and cut me off anytime I spoke. Saying "oh that's normal" without even listening to the questions on whether this is a relation to another condition. Eventually she had to leave and get another provider to come in who listened to concerns and answered questions. Once original provider came back an apology was provided but not until she realized how she failed to even listen it seemed her mind was already made up when she walked thru the door. My daughter has been struggling with medical symptoms and Issues since she was 18 months old and has a positive genetic varient along with abnormal reflexes, hypotonia and other symptoms. We have a good history with the care received at OU but this was by far the worst visit we have ever had for our daughter.

  We are so thankful our pediatrician recommended Dorsa, NP! She took her time explaining everything and creating a plan. It's easy to see she is passionate about what she does.
