  Courtney was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable, but she was very relatable. As a mom going through medical uncertainties with your child, you want someone who can relate, sympathize, and offer detailed explanations and plans, and Courtney absolutely did that. My child loved her, too.

  She was fabulous! You can tell she works with children. She got to know him as an individual first which builds trust. She spoke directly to him and explained at his level. She was very detailed and professional!
