The doctor was great. The problem is that I was called with unexpected results and then told I couldn't be seen for another 2-3 months. We're talking about the organs that give me the ability to have children. If something worrisome comes back, I don't think a patient should be called and then put on the back burner.

OU is a nightmare to make an appt within their system Also the front desk secretararies are not very kind, the first sentence was whether I needed a payment plan (the bill had literally only been released earlier that day and a "hello!" First would be nice. It would be better to greet people and then ask if they are interested in paying their bill balance rather than accuse them of inability to pay before even acknowledging the patient.

Dr. Bates is AMAZING and I would recommend her to anyone! This is our first pregnancy/child and I have full trust in Dr. Bates. She is attentive to our questions, respectful, and personable. We absolutely look forward to seeing her each visit! And she actually remembers us! My husband and I see that she has a passion for what she does. Thank you Dr. Bates!
