Live On Home Cooking!

Experience Harold Hamm Diabetes Center’s Chickasaw Nation Teaching Kitchen in these beginner-level cooking workshops for adults with diabetes. You’ll learn simple ways to modify your cooking for better health as you work with Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists® and registered dietitians (RD). Each session includes:

  • Narrated cooking demonstration with Q&A
  • Healthful recipes you can practice in your own kitchen with minimal ingredients and fuss
  • Tips on planning your meals
  • Guidance on seasonal foods and cooking methods
  • Free samples of foods prepared in class

Eligibility Requirements

To enroll in Live On Home Cooking!, you must have completed the Diabetes Self-Management Training Program.
