Love Dr Douglas. Sorry to see that he will no longer provide services outside of OU-related individuals. ??

I like Dr Douglas. He is only in clinic 1-2 days a week, but he is very knowledgeable and helps tremendously with my medication management

Thank you for always taking the time to talk with me.

When Dr. Douglas first entered the room, 40 minutes after the nurse had taken my vitals, he apologized for taking a while and briefly let me know he had other things going on. I can understand the busyness of an office, but when you arrive and are the only one in the waiting room, it's hard to understand why no one could at least step in and let me know that the doctor was running behind and give me an idea of how much longer I'd be waiting. Dr. Douglas was nice, but also seemed to be in a hurry and had som

Chad is easy-going and did not seem too rushed or too lingering. It did take a while for him to come in, but I understand time not always going the way we plan!

Provider was thoughtful, aware, and present. He correctly identified problem at hand and took appropriate action.

Dr. Chad Douglas is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He was incredibly dismissive as soon as he walked into the room and took almost no history. I needed to get undressed for part of the exam and he didn't give me the opportunity to do that, just made me pull down my pants. He is rude and his schedule is so packed, it is unaccommodating to student schedules. I am on school insurance so I have no choice but to go through this clinic, which puts me in a very frustrating position. Also, he lets imaging sit i

Good experience! Melissa at check in was extremely sweet and made checking in and out a breeze. Physical exam was a little rushed but I am sure the clinic is busy this time of year. Thank you!

There was a confusion with getting my prescription to the pharmacy but the nurse practitioner was helpful in solving the issue.

This provider was excellent, and listened to me, and seemed happy to answer all my questions. I really trusted his recommendations. However, I regularly see a doctor in internal medicine, and I understand that he was not in clinic, therefore couldn't see me. But, the PA in internal medicine was gone to a conference, and they suggested that I go to the ED. This, I feel is ridiculous! Our leaders at work get onto us for using the ED for clinic care. I'd love to know why there can't be cross coverage to take c
